Head designer Sean Gregg's vast experience with clothiers in New York has landed him with Antigua where he has spent the past 5 years rebranding them and making the transition from their reputation as a "genuine golf brand" to a highly regarded "performance" product.

Their new logo is as edgy as the fabrics which they use to construct the high-performing golf clothing which is leading the industry in its wicking capability. They are combining proprietary material with wicking research and then enhancing it to take it to the highest levels.

Their proprietary Desert Dry fabric manages moisture efficiently as it has evolved into a single-layer fabric which has the elegant look of cotton but which has subtracted a layer, making the fabric extremely light and pliable without making it sheer. It is a fluid fabric which meets the demands of performance-oriented golfers.

Quality demands and a desire to create a product which will survive many wearings and washings has enabled Antigua to establish standards which are the highest in the industry. Their research and product development has led to the creation of the next generation of the Desert Dry fabric, Desert Dry Xtra- Lite. Establishing performance levels which exceed previous wicking capabilities, these garments are made for the most demanding athletes and are found in both the men's and women's lines of golf apparel.

Consumers are sensitive to seasonal needs regarding palette and a need for clothing which is fresh and new and Antigua responds remarkably by offering golfers the lifestyle apparel which they desire. The "golf fit" of this clothing enables men and women to perform as efficiently as the fabrics and offer the range of motion and comfort demanded by the discerning buyer. Its feel against one's skin is luxurious.

The women's line is not retrofitted men's products; they are created by a "dedicated designer" with an eye for what is future fashionable without losing the traditional needs of the golfing community. The line also lends itself to business casual applications and moves from the course to after golf events with a seamless elegance.

Antigua's customer service department is well-known for it's rapid response time and all embroidery is done in-house using Barudan embroidery machines which are the best in the industry.

Antigua has successfully built on the successes of their storied history and has taken their new marque into the 21st century by marrying a keen eye for fashion with what they know is necessary to meet the performance demands of their customers.
