Ability to post specials and capture golfers names and emails. When you post a golf special/deal, a golfer is required to submit their name/email to view the deal. Their contact information is saved and you can download these email lists at anytime.

Terms & Conditions

This agreement defines the terms under which CityCom Marketing, LLC (" D.B.A. GolfTrips.com, GolfGuide.com, etc"), a Wisconsin LLC Company and the company listed in this agreement ("GolfTrips.com") enters into an online advertising agreement for the GolfTrips.com web site ("The Site").

1. This agreement is between you, the Advertiser, and CityCom Marketing, LLC.

2. The Advertiser will supply the advertisement in the format requested by GolfTrips.com, and shall abide by the pricing structure, campaign periods and maximum file size. Campaign periods and file size may be subject to change from time to time with 7 days notice.

3. The Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and content of the advertisement. GolfTrips.com shall not be liable for the content of the advertisement nor for any infringement of third party intellectual property rights and the Advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold GolfTrips.com harmless in this regard.

4. GolfTrips.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement it receives, or remove or alter any advertisement with notice. Any advertisements refused will be refund without any other liability.

5. Payment is due within 45 days of invoice date.

6. Cancellation within 7 days of the start date of the advertising campaign (or after campaign starts) will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the value of the advertising booked.

7. GolfTrips.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage which the Advertiser may suffer or incur as a result of a loss of service by reason of circumstances or events beyond GolfTrips.com's control. This includes services provided by third parties to GolfTrips.com for the operation of the GolfTrips.com site.

8. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and any dispute arising hereunder shall be litigated in the Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin. By placing an advertisement, the Advertiser acknowledges that it has read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
