The following is a copy of the accepted advertising agreement between CityCom Marketing, LLC (D.B.A GolfTrips.com, GolfGuide.com, GolfWisconsin.com, etc) located at 126 W. Advertising Package Details:
Your courses will receive a Dedicated Golf Trail Directory Page that includes larger photos, an expanded amenities section, links to social media and tee times, the ability to post Stay and Play Packages, and top positioning when a golfer searches the golf course directory.
We will help you build your email list!!! When you post a golf special/deal, a golfer is required to submit their name/email to view the deal. Their contact information is saved and you can download these email lists at anytime.
Creative Needed: 5 high resolution photos (500kb or bigger)
Featured Golf Trail on top on Ohio and Pennsylvania Home Pages
Rotating Featured Course on the home page of OhioGolf.com and PennsylvaniaGolfer.com and golf course directory section. Plus you will receive a logo/weblink below in our More Featured Courses Section.
Creative Needed: 2-3 paragraph course/property description, website link, and a hi-res jpeg photo.
Featured Stay and Play Section
Stay and Play Specials under our Featured Stay and Play Section on the home page of OhioGolf.com and PennsylvaniaGolfer.com and Travel Sections of the website. This section of our website is tied into our lead generation program. Once golfers inquire about your packages online, you will receive a copy of the email real time with their contact and travel information.

Either a featured article or banner ad in the GolfTrips.com email/online newsletter highlighting your property, destination, and/or stay and play package emailed out to 25,000+ golfers.

Banner Advertising
Either 300x250, 160x600, 728x90 or 120x60 banner ad Run of Site (ROS) on selected sites including OhioGolf.com and PennsylvaniaGolfer.com.

Guaranteed Impressions 100,000
Featured Travel Destination- 12 Out-of-States Sites
Feature Travel Destination Section on bottom of home page and integrated into the Travel Section of twelve out of state sites of your choice including GolfPackages.com and GolfTrips.com. We are adding your content to MarylandGolf.com, IndianaGolf.com, and GolfWestVirginia.com and dropping GolfMassachusetts.com.

Additional Four Destination Sections - Ohio & Pennsylvania
The Penn Ohio Golf Trail will also be featured on the City Destination Pages of Canton, Akron, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh/Erie per our chat. This includes a Featured Content block on the top, stay and play packages + inquiry links, and Featured Course content.
Invoice Schedule
We will invoice you $250 per month as in years past.
Campaign Dates: May 15, 2023 - May 15, 2024
Marketing Investment: $3000.00
Terms & Conditions
This agreement defines the terms under which CityCom Marketing, LLC (" D.B.A. GolfTrips.com, GolfGuide.com, etc"), a Wisconsin LLC Company and the company listed in this agreement ("GolfTrips.com") enters into an online advertising agreement for the GolfTrips.com web site ("The Site").
1. This agreement is between you, the Advertiser, and CityCom Marketing, LLC.
2. The Advertiser will supply the advertisement in the format requested by GolfTrips.com, and shall abide by the pricing structure, campaign periods and maximum file size. Campaign periods and file size may be subject to change from time to time with 7 days notice.
3. The Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and content of the advertisement. GolfTrips.com shall not be liable for the content of the advertisement nor for any infringement of third party intellectual property rights and the Advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold GolfTrips.com harmless in this regard.
4. GolfTrips.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement it receives, or remove or alter any advertisement with notice. Any advertisements refused will be refund without any other liability.
5. Payment is due within 45 days of invoice date.
6. Cancellation within 7 days of the start date of the advertising campaign (or after campaign starts) will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the value of the advertising booked.
7. GolfTrips.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage which the Advertiser may suffer or incur as a result of a loss of service by reason of circumstances or events beyond GolfTrips.com's control. This includes services provided by third parties to GolfTrips.com for the operation of the GolfTrips.com site.
8. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and any dispute arising hereunder shall be litigated in the Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin. By placing an advertisement, the Advertiser acknowledges that it has read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
