Bridgestone Golf, Inc. manufactures and markets golf balls, clubs and accessories under the Bridgestone Golf and Precept brand names in the United States.

Headquartered in Covington, GA, Bridgestone Golf began producing golf balls for the U.S. market in 1985 under the Precept brand name. As the number one golf manufacturer in Japan for many years, the Bridgestone Golf brand debuted in the United States in January of 2005.

While Bridgestone entered the U.S. golf market in the 1980s with Precept, it produced its first golf ball in 1935. And in 1981, Bridgestone produced its one-millionth golf club worldwide. In fact, Bridgestone's J's-series of drivers and fairway woods were some of the game's first metal woods, and its Precept EV Extra Spin ball was one of the game's first high-performance solid-core golf balls.

Today, Bridgestone Golf's flagship products include:

  • J36 CB Irons

  • J36 PC Irons

  • J36 Blade Irons

  • J36 Hybrids

  • WC Design Wedges

  • J33R 460cc Drivers

  • New Tour B330 and Tour B330-S golf balls

  • e5+ and e6+ golf balls

TOUR TEAM:
Bridgestone Golf is represented on the PGA Tour by Stuart Appleby, Fred Couples, Matt Kuchar, Shigeki Maruyama, Will MacKenzie, Nick Price, Brandt Snedeker and Kevin Stadler. Precept is represented on the LPGA Tour by Paula Creamer.

In his adult years, his passion for the game collided with his entrepreneurial spirit and in 2004 launched GolfWisconsin.com. In 2007, the idea for a network of local golf directory sites formed and GolfTrips.com was born. Today, the network consists of a site in all 50 states supported by national sites like GolfTrips.com, GolfGuide.com and GolfPackages.com. It is an understatement to say, Brian is passionate about promoting golf and golf travel on a local, regional, national and international level.
