If our hotel options aren't quite what you are looking for, consider our RV Park, which has 42 sites equipped with essential amenities. Once you're settled at the park, simply use our courtesy phone to arrange free shuttle transportation services from the RV park to the casino and golf courses.

What type of restaurants do you have on property and what type of dining experience can one expect?
The Island Resort and Casino offers guests numerous dining options ranging from causal pub food to fine dining.

5 Bridges Pub
The 5 Bridges Pub offers a welcoming atmosphere with the largest selection of craft beers in Upper Michigan. Featuring 18 drafts and over 30 bottled beers, you can taste your way around the Midwest and beyond.

Firekeeper's Restaurant
The Firekeeper's Restaurant specializes in casual dining by offering a menu highlighted by classic Midwest Cuisine.

The Coral Reef Grille
The Coral Reef Grille specializes in expedient, freshly made to order food items. Menu selections include hot dogs, brats, burgers, sandwiches, salads and wraps.

Beyond golf what are the top three amenities golfers and non-golfers can enjoy on property?
Casino Table Games, Poker, Bingo & Slots
Here at Island Resort & Casino, we want you to have a great time. Our gaming floor provides the hottest action in the Midwest. And we go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you have the ultimate in gaming experience. For instance, you'll find a festive atmosphere and complimentary soda throughout our facilities!

Drift Spa
Tucked away in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is a refreshing and tranquil oasis at Island Resort & Casino's Drift Spa. As soon as each guest steps off the elevator into a newly found sense of calm and tranquility, Drift Spa begins fulfilling the promise of an undisturbed and revitalizing spa experience. Our nature-based treatments and skilled therapists will help you relax, refresh and restore mind- body-synergy.

Golf
Bring your golf clubs for sure. We have two championship style courses (Sweetgrass and Sage Run)and package with two others. (Greywalls and Timberstone)

Please supply a sample itinerary for a long buddies weekend?
Our most popular package is a three day golf package including the two courses on property - Sweetgrass and Sage Run. Additional rounds can be booked at neighboring properties Greywalls (90 minutes north) and Timerstone (45 minutes).

All of our packages are a la carte and we will customize them.

For golfers coming from Wisconsin, Island Resort Casino is on eastern time including Sweetgrass, Sage Run and Greywalls. Timberstone is on central time about 45 minutes away. So if you leave at 8:00EST and will arrive 7:45CST and be available

The best analogy I have for tour two courses, Paul Albanese the course architect said it best. If Sweet grass is a wine wine, than Sage Run is a beer. Sweetgrass is a links course while Sage Run gives you the quintessential UP experience of raw and rugged golf.

In his adult years, his passion for the game collided with his entrepreneurial spirit and in 2004 launched GolfWisconsin.com. In 2007, the idea for a network of local golf directory sites formed and GolfTrips.com was born. Today, the network consists of a site in all 50 states supported by national sites like GolfTrips.com, GolfGuide.com and GolfPackages.com. It is an understatement to say, Brian is passionate about promoting golf and golf travel on a local, regional, national and international level.

On the golf course, Brian is known as a fierce weekend warrior that fluctuates between a 5-9 handicap. With a soft fade, known as "The Weis Slice", and booming 300+ drives, he can blast it out of bounds with the best of them.
