Description
The Parkland Golf Club is located in Greenwood, SC. This 109 acres - 18 hole semiprivate golf facility has been providing golf play for 20 years. The property includes a 4700 square foot Clubhouse, 2800 sq.ft. cart shed and 2400 sq.ft. maintenance shop. This established course currently enjoys around 10,000 rounds of play each year and in past years, play has exceeded 18,000 rounds. The property around the course is almost fully developed with very high quality homes. Also the county airport adjoins the course giving the plane enthusiast something extra. The Bermuda fairway and mixed greens are in good condition and are watered through its fully automatic irrigation system. The facility is currently in operation and the long time golf staff is on hand to assure a streamline transition.
This course has many out-of-bounds stakes lining the narrow fairways. The signature hole is #13, a 195-yard, par 3 with water on both sides and several sand bunkers around the green.
