Walk me through the process from setting up an account, get shipping materials, shipping, and what to expect upon arrival. Also, how do you return clubs? Setting up a Ship Sticks account is pretty easy. Customers can set up an account when they make their own shipment, or from our home page. After they fill out the account information, they'll be able to log in to their account anytime. Once the order is placed, the customer prints out the barcoded label from the confirmation email, and affix it to the shipment. On the pickup date, the delivery driver picks up your clubs from your home or business. The next time you'll see your clubs, they'll be waiting for you at the destination. After you're done playing, attach the return label to the packaging and they'll be picked up by the delivery driver.
Do you have an app or what type of tracking is provided? We are currently working on an app that will be released early this year (2019). We provide real-time tracking updates and alert you when a pickup has occurred and again when your clubs have delivered at it's finally destination.
