➢ Golf, room, ranch dinner, carts, and the resort fee
➢ Golf every day on 18-hole championship course (Hankins or Craddock courses / 2nd reversible course in the world behind St. Andrews old course)(option of long G.O.A.T. tees on Hankins)
➢ Golf on Claire’s Putting Course – the first 18-hole reversible putting course in the world
➢ Homestead inspired: Ranch Dinner – Does not include any special food prep for vegetarian,
vegan, gluten free, etc.
➢ There is no sales tax in Oregon and no gratuities are accepted by staff; free Wi-Fi & free
parking
Popular Options:
A. Golf on “day in” after 12:00pm (4 hrs. early, dinner at 7:00pm sharp) = $75/pp on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; $150/pp on Friday and Saturdays
B. “Unlimited” Golf Upgrade= add $75/day/pp (must be added on each group members daily booking for the entire length of stay)
C. Non-Golfing Spouse staying in same room = Addition of $125 per night to Single Room occupancy rate (covers addition of room and dinner for guest)
D. Western Riflery & Pistol Shooting: One round of shooting with the addition of $125 for each guest in group booking

Rooming List and deposit
➢ $500 Silvies gift card for next visit for submitting photos of each person in the group, at least
30 days before arrival and for settling up the final bill on time

and approved of payment
