No Initiation Fee. No Application Fee.
Annual pass holders are allowed Walking Privileges anytime except weekends and holidays before noon.

Family $1200.00/year + $600 for first family member + $300 each additional
Family with Cart $2700.00/year + $1200 per additional family member
(A Family is considered the spouse, unmarried sons & daughters age 18 or less. Unmarried sons & daughters age 23 or less enrolled full-time in a higher educational institution may also qualify.)
