Here at Northern Bay, we take pride in our ability to serve our guests and cater to their needs. This is one of the most important days of your life, and we want to be there for your every concern and desire. Our experienced staff will help customize the perfect day for you and your guests. Our staff has several choices for you to consider and is able to customize the perfect selections for your special day.

We have two beautiful settings for you to choose from for you reception. We have our main dining room located in the main clubhouse with connecting bar area that can accommodate up to 85 guests, which overlooks the beautiful golf course. We also have our outdoor event tent located right outside the main clubhouse that can accommodate up 160 guests, which also overlooks the golf course.

Wedding Receptions

Our majestic Royal Oak room comfortably accommodates 350 guests with a full bar, 16' by 24' permanent dance floor, and even a "Juliet" balcony. This large room feels intimate for groups small to large and offers unique details featuring a natural stone fireplace, custom head table, and state of the art video equipment. The clubhouse offers views of the golf course while keeping your party private.

The Stillwater room accommodates 120 guests with a portable bar. For smaller wedding parties that might be on a budget this is the perfect intimate room for your reception.

Our exceptional staff, prepares a variety of banquet dinners and buffet selections from casual to formal accommodating most price ranges. All of our meals are prepared in house and made from scratch by our professional chef and kitchen staff.

Wedding Ceremonies

Oak Glen has two ceremony sites. Our off-course site is located closer to the clubhouse and parking lot making it more convenient for your guests to get to. The off-course does have the golf course as your backdrop. We also have an on-course site located just off the first hole of the Championship Course. This location is stunning with beautiful willow trees and a pond in the background. This location has a time limit of one hour as we do have to shut down the part of the golf course during your ceremony.

All ceremonies include worry-free setup and tear down with white folding chairs set. The ceremony sites have power hookups for your djay to plug into so all of your guests can hear your special vows.
